She seems fine, but he (ear infections and tonsillitis was yes, that's what I said) in past.She took antibiotics and seemed fine, but his language is so hot. It is often during the night, but it happens during the day.

Doggie temperature is slightly warmer than the temperature of man. I would not worry.
No, it is perfectly normal. When you want to be sure, you could call your veterinarian. But other researchers, is normal.
